With nearly three decades of experience beginning in 1995, Jenna brings extensive expertise in fitness, nutrition, and exercise rehabilitation. She holds a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP), Diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management, and Psychology degree (BA). Her advanced training includes Neural Manipulation, Visceral Manipulation, and certification as a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She is a member in good standing with the National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS). Jenna specializes in concussion therapy, Classical Structural Osteopathy, Bowen Therapy, and Neurokinetic assessment. Her breakthrough moment came in 2004 when she successfully treated a concussed student, achieving complete symptom resolution within three hours. This pivotal experience launched her specialized focus on concussion recovery. She recently expanded her practice to include Canine Osteopathy, reflecting her commitment to innovative healing approaches. Jenna approaches every client with compassion, sensitivity, and understanding, dedicated to uncovering the root causes of pain and discomfort. Her passion for health and wellness drives her mission to educate patients on feeling and moving better in their bodies.
