Dr. Catherine Proudler graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Catherine takes an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care and encompasses a wide range of tools and techniques tailored to each individual. Possible techniques that may be used in a session include: Chiropractic adjustments Acupuncture/Electro-Acupuncture Soft Tissue Therapy/Muscle Release Therapy Smart Tools Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Exercise Rehab Dr. Catherine spent much of her youth participating in several sports and physical activities including competitive dance, soccer, and swimming and continues to stay active by following a yoga, Pilates, and weight lifting regimen. She continues to have a passion for learning and is currently studying to be a holistic nutritionist as well as looking to expand her knowledge in the world of paediatrics as well as pre- and post-natal care.

60 Minute Initial Chiropractic Assessment

Comprehensive Health History interview and physical assessment.
