After healing from her own injuries in 2008, Rachel discovered how powerful it feels when your body finally relaxes, lets go, and comes back into balance. That experience inspired her to help others find the same relief. Rachel blends advanced therapeutic techniques with a calm, supportive presence. She listens deeply, follows what your body needs that day, and uses muscle testing, cupping, myofascial work, and relaxation techniques to help you feel lighter, more mobile, and more at ease in your nervous system. Clients often say they feel heard, safe, and understood in her care—and leave with a sense of relief they didn’t know they were missing. Outside the clinic, Rachel loves time with her family, being outdoors, and creating meaningful connections.
