Sam graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science, and in 2020 with a Health and Human Services Certificate. With a passion for active rehab, he designs and progresses exercise programs to help clients return to their daily activities and prevent reinjury. Sam enjoys volunteering with various sports programs in his spare time, coaching, and aiding in injury assessment and taping.
