Irene (Nia) Chang

Nia is a Registered Massage Therapist whose work is grounded in curiosity and clinical reasoning. She looks at how your body moves, what it has been compensating around, and what kind of treatment will actually make a difference. She draws from pain science and nervous system function, and looks well beyond anatomy: how you sleep, how you move through your day, and what your body has been quietly managing over time. She works with a range of presentations — acute injury, chronic tension, neurological conditions, and pain that doesn't separate cleanly from the rest of what a person is carrying. TMJ is an area she works with regularly and finds particularly interesting to treat.
