Dr. Josh Ibe graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 2018. Prior to NYCC, he finished his B.Sc in Biochemistry at the University of Toronto. He takes a very hands on and wholistic approach to treatment. This may include soft tissue manipulation, stretching, mobilizations, rehabilitative and/or strengthening exercises, and spinal manipulation. He tries to individualize treatment plans in order to best help his patients achieve their treatment, health, activity/sport, and lifestyle goals. He has a strong passion for sports and athletics, and has a keen interest in treating sports related injuries. In his spare time he plays volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball.
