I am a dedicated kinesiology professional who graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction. With a strong foundation in human movement and performance optimization, I am passionate about helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall function. Before competing as a university-level track athlete, I was a competitive figure skater, giving me years of experience in high-level sport and performance. These experiences have shaped my understanding of discipline, resilience, proper training, and recovery. I am also committed to continually improving myself in the gym and have a strong passion for weightlifting, reinforcing my belief in leading by example. Working closely with physiotherapists, I develop personalized exercise programs tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and stage of recovery. By combining evidence-based practice with real-world athletic experience, my goal is to help clients move better, prevent injury, and achieve long-term, sustainable results.
