Massage Therapy
This is a great therapeutic option to relieve your tension and pain. It may involve deep tissue techniques, which is performed by precisely analyzing the restricted fascia / adhesions on of the body in order to release the problem area that is creating the pain. This addresses the root causes of your pain and quickly resolves it, rather than simply treating your symptoms.
Naturopath
Patients can expect to discuss their health history, lifestyle, mood and energy levels, and their chief medical concerns in detail at the initial consultation. The Naturopath will thoroughly review your diet, intake of alcohol, caffeine and water, as well as your overall level of fitness. Once the health history intake is complete, you should expect a thorough orthopedic assessment of your body in order to determine the level of pain along with your muscle tone and overall mobility. Towards the end of the assessment, areas that can be treated right away will be addressed and a treatment plan will be given in order to have the best outcome to treat your problem. Some of the more common conditions treated by a Naturopath are : Allergies, Headaches, Fertility issues, Digestive problems, Obesity, Hormonal imbalances, Acute or Chronic pain and Chronic fatigue syndrome
