Tanya is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy (2009). In 2015, she completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree through Thompson Rivers University. Tanya enjoys that, with massage therapy and working in a patient-centred approach, she is able to help patients attain their treatment goals and improve their physical well-being within a relaxing environment. As part of her treatment she may utilize Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, IASTM, gentle joint mobilizations, passive stretching or trigger point release. In her spare time you will find her enjoying the outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking, fishing, running around with her dog, “Birdie” or relaxing with her two pugs, “Stella” and “Dude”.
