Walnut Grove Chiropractic & Massage Therapy
#110 - 8814 216 St, Langley, BC, V1M 2Z9
I believe that creating an exceptional life requires a foundation of gentle care and comfort from which work, creativity and effort can flow. My trauma informed, and gentle (but firm) approach, to relieving tension and pain patterns allows for the investigation of hard to resolve or chronic conditions in a way that respects your body’s limits. As someone that made a significant career pivot, I know what it’s like to put your body’s comfort on hold while you achieve your goals. This is just one of the reasons why I love helping people re-fill their cup. My treatments blend the relaxing Swedish massage style we have all come to love with release techniques for difficult or persistent sore spots. I also enjoy helping patients stretch those tight areas they just can’t reach on their own. In my practice, I work with patients to get curious about ongoing or stubborn discomfort so we can create meaningful change through realistic home care plans. I meet patients where they are at on any given day. Serving my community as a registered massage therapist is really a dream come true. Langley isn’t just where I work, it’s home to three generations of my family. I am a busy mom to two awesome kids a dog, a hamster, three swishy fish, and a cat that thinks she’s a dog. I love nature and spent much of my early career filming wildlife in remote areas of Canada. I love horseback riding, yoga, and spending time on the water in my kayak. I am always happy to welcome new patients in to my practice.
