The varying levels of care she received during her own rehabilitation motivated her to provide the highest level of patient care in physiotherapy. Exercise and well-being have always been a passion for Sydney. She held a certification as a Personal Training Specialist for 2 years, allowing her to apply specific exercise-based treatment with her patients.
