Dr. Lauren Reimer, ND is a licensed Naturopathic doctor with a passion for prevention and wellness. By using an evidence-based, functional and integrated approach, she aims to get her patients back on track with their health. Before completing the Doctor of Naturopathy program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Science from McMaster University. All these years of study have given me a true appreciation for the various functions of the human body. My aim as a Naturopathic doctor is to optimize those functions, and restore quality of life.
In our comprehensive initial consultation, you will have the time to tell your story. Together we will discuss your main concerns and gather information about your health history, predisposing factors, toxin exposure, lifestyle practices, obstacles to health, and support systems for healing. Using a functional medicine approach to diagnostics, we will begin assessment to determine the root cause of your concern. We will work as a team to determine first steps that you can implement today to change the course of your health. You will leave the visit with a plan in hand.
