Dr. Sonia Tamras, DC, is a chiropractor specializing in the diagnosis and conservative management of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, with a particular focus on movement optimization, sports and fitness-related injuries, and active individuals. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Loyola University Chicago before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Sonia currently practices in Chicago, where she provides evidence-based, patient-centered care for a wide range of MSK conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, joint dysfunction, TMJ mobilization, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postural concerns. She holds advanced certifications in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT Part A), Dry Needling, the Webster Technique, IASTM, an Fascial Movement Taping - allowing her to perform thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans that empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.
