Biomechanical Assessment

A biomechanical assessment is a detailed evaluation of how your body moves and functions. This includes an analysis of your posture, range of motion, and strength using an electronic dynamometer to measure muscle force accurately. We also use force plates, which are advanced sensors that assess weight distribution and symmetry during both static (standing still) and dynamic (movement-based) activities. This data helps us identify imbalances or inefficiencies that could lead to injury or limit performance. Based on the results, we create a personalized rehabilitation program designed to enhance movement, optimize performance, and reduce injury risk.
