My online booking is available on a month-by-month basis, and opens the 15th of each for the following month. Please use the waitlist to be notified when appointments come available. Many Thanks. I love my work as a massage therapist. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2001, and have continued to explore numerous modalities of manual therapy, movement, biomechanics, yoga and meditation. In my 20+ years of practice, curiosity and a love of learning has been a primary motivator. My approach to treatment integrates fascial based therapies: Myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. I use traditional massage therapy techniques such as trigger point release, joint mobilizations, lymphatic/circulatory work and deep tissue therapy when indicated. The body is always seeking balance as a multi-layered, interconnected whole, and my role is to facilitate your innate and inherent self-correcting ability. By drawing on my understanding of yoga, biomechanics, meditation, Pilates and therapeutic movement, my intention is to encourage clients towards an embodied awareness. Outside of work, I enjoy running, skiing and outdoor adventures with my family and our pup. I love sitting yoga and meditation retreats, and enjoying life on the West Coast. I look forward to working with you.
