Andy is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where his clinical training included working with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and acquired brain injuries. These experiences helped shape his interest in using massage therapy to improve movement, comfort, and quality of life. His treatments may incorporate Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, hot stone massage, and joint mobilizations. Rather than following a set routine, Andy adapts his techniques based on what he finds during treatment and what the patient hopes to achieve. Andy also places importance on helping patients understand what may be contributing to their discomfort. By combining hands-on treatment with education, he encourages patients to take an active role in maintaining their mobility and physical well-being. From injury rehabilitation and prevention to general maintenance and muscle tension, Andy’s focus is on helping patients move with greater ease and get back to the activities that matter to them.
