Hi, Im Isar Castaeda, a U.S. Marine, licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and founder of Bayport Athletic Recovery. My mission- to help you feel amazing. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2006 and an esthetician since 2008. After separating from the U.S Marine Corp, I continued my physical fitness routine by training to be an amateur athlete. As such, I am well versed in the pain and discomfort that comes with pushing my body to its limits. My career as a massage therapist for over 16 years has allowed me to work with professional fighters, runners, triathletes, yogis, Crossfitters, and of course the everyday warriors. My massage focus and techniques target my clients problems areas, help improve their flexibility, increase their range of motion, and reduce their risk of injury. I am a big fan of the benefit of luxury day spas with the flavored water and amazingly comfortable furniture. However, these beautiful day spas never seemed to offer what my body needed the most to recover and properly heal. What I needed was a skilled massage therapist who is familiar with the intricacies of my self-induced discomfort and soreness caused by my training routine. That is why I opened Bayport Athletic recovery. I look forward to helping you as well.
