Cera RMT

Hi I’m your RMT, Cera. I started in the industry many years back when I was an administrative assistant at a clinic in the lower mainland of BC. I began to realize just how important massage therapy is to people. After that, I went to Vancouver Career College to become a RMT. I graduated 2018, but worked during the 2 year program doing mobile and in clinic/spa/bodyworking treatments as a student. Now, I can say I feel equipped best to work on: 9-5’ers ( weekend warriors), nurses/healthcare workers, pre and postpartum, preventative therapy and pain relief for chronic pain and other conditions. I like to combine a relaxing style while helping you treat the underlying problems rather than just the symptoms. I like to empower my patients to get control and understanding of where they’re at and what I’ve noticed. I share my thoughts and prepare my patients with therapeutic exercises/remedies, encouragement and accountability for incorporating more health goals into their lives. Lets work together and form a treatment plan in your best interests.
