I am a student massage therapist who views bodywork as the ultimate form of problem-solving. Growing up with a mother in the massage industry, I developed an early fascination with anatomy and a deep-rooted passion for helping people optimize how they function and feel. I thrive on treating chronic pain; there is nothing more satisfying than helping a client finally find relief from persistent discomfort. In my practice, I gravitate toward deep tissue techniques and hot stone therapy to facilitate muscular release. I am deeply committed to continuous learning and am currently expanding my knowledge into stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, and osteopathic modalities. My ultimate goal is to create a comfortable, highly inclusive environment where every client feels heard, understood, and leaves moving better than when they walked in.
