Sophie graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. As an RMT, Sophie’s main objective is to create an inclusive and safe environment for all. Sophie offers a customized treatment where different modalities can be used, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, passive stretching, and manual lymphatic drainage. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys a diverse range of activities, from being close to the water to doing CrossFit, cycling, and dancing salsa to spending time with her dog, “Crouton,” and studying for her master’s in psychology.
