Virginia (she/her/hers) is a licensed acupuncturist in North Carolina, nationally certified by the NCCAOM in acupuncture and Chinese herbology. She holds a Master’s in Chinese medicine and a Bachelor’s in English literature. Her guiding principle as a practitioner is the belief that our bodies are dynamic, intelligent systems that echo the rhythms of nature—not machines with modular parts. This ideology shapes her personalized treatment plans, which include acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, functional nutrition, supplementation, and mind-body practices. Virginia developed a passion for holistic medicine in high school as a competitive runner seeking better performance and recovery. Years later, her interest in yoga and Ayurveda blossomed to include acupuncture when it helped her heal from a chronic health issue—ultimately inspiring her pursuit of Chinese medicine. Today, Virginia’s primary goal is to empower patients to awaken their own remarkable healing capacity, and she is especially experienced in treating mental health concerns, insomnia, gut dysbiosis, hormonal imbalances, and pain.
