I’ve always lived an active lifestyle growing up on the West Coast of Vancouver, and although I call Toronto home now, I still enjoy my outdoor activities. I loved playing many different sports growing up, but I lived and breathed volleyball. I was lucky enough to play two years of College Varsity Volleyball which is where my curiosity for the human body peaked. As a practitioner, my patients and I are a team. I like to educate and empower them to take an active role in their treatment goals. We focus on breathing and slowing things down to connect the mind and body, and celebrate the small wins while having our eyes on the bigger picture. In my down time, you can find me on a nature trail in the fall with a hot cup of joe and a big warm scarf, strapped into a snow tube in winter flying down the hills, and playing beach volleyball with friends in the spring/summer. Otherwise, I’ll be travelling and stuffing my face with all the yummy food the world has to offer. Food is fuel but also delicious!
