Reed’s passion for the human body and how it moves began when he was an athlete himself, competing in high level hockey and rowing. This passion led him to Oxford College where he earned a diploma in Massage Therapy. Prior to that, Reed attended McMaster University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BSc.). Reed has worked with a diverse range of clients and has helped them find relief from chronic pain and recover from injuries by creating personalized treatment plans. To him, it doesn’t matter whether you are a high-performance athlete or your average Joe, stress is something we all deal with in our day-to-day life. As a result, these stresses will show up in our body. He is here to release that stress from your body so YOU have the ability to MOVE better without restriction, discomfort, or pain. Reed incorporates stretching and strengthening in order to realign ideal postures and movement behaviors.
