I’m a licensed acupuncturist specializing in pain management, women’s health, digestive issues, sleep disorders, and Five Element Acupuncture. I started my acupuncture training at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in the USA and graduated from Eight Branches College of Eastern Medicine in 2022. With additional training in musculoskeletal pain, TCM diagnostics, and Five Element Style Acupuncture, I combine acupuncture, cupping and gua sha to create treatments that are tailored to each person’s needs. I believe in a holistic approach, where I address both the physical and emotional aspects of healing to help you restore balance and feel your best.

This integrative treatment combines acupuncture with hands-on manual therapies to support pain relief, mobility, and nervous system regulation. The manual therapies support the movement of blood and qi, in accordance with the principles of Chinese Medicine. Your session may include a combination of acupuncture, Tui Na therapeutic massage, and cupping, thoughtfully tailored to your specific concerns. This service can be booked as either an Initial or Return Visit and is ideal for those seeking musculoskeletal support for injury, pain, stress, or strain. **Note that these treatments are covered under most extended medical plans, under Acupuncture by a Registered Acupuncturist and can be submitted by our front desk for direct billing, when applicable.
