REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST Florence completed her BSc in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa in 2017, graduating Magna cum Laude, before she obtained her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in 2023. Previously she worked as a registered Kinesiologist in Ontario for a few years, working with a multi-disciplinary team prescribing exercises to patients with concussions, and chronic pain. Florence enjoys treating orthopaedic conditions by incorporating functional exercises to one’s daily routine. She believes exercise is the best medicine to prevent and treat orthopaedic conditions! In her spare time, she loves travelling, climbing, hiking, slacklining and trying new foods.
