Adam has a Massage Diploma from Kikkawa College in Toronto and a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. He opened Perform Well with his wife, Miranda Tomenson, in May 2019. The most common issues Adam sees and treats at the clinic are: general life/work stress, neck and shoulder discomfort, headache pain, lower back pain, numbness/tingling of the hands and arms and/or legs and feet, athletic aches & pains, and general relaxation. Adam has spent many years in the endurance sports world both as a participant and, primarily, as a coach. He is adept at working with the athletic population, no matter what their level or sport is. And this includes providing massage services for these individuals. Adam taught anatomy at Kikkawa College for three years. And is currently working on concluding his studies of Osteopathy, after which he intends to transition to practicing primarily as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
