As a Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for optimizing health, I bring a diverse and evidence-based approach to my practice. I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and hold a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, where I co-authored research papers in an exercise physiology lab and competed as a sprinter on the track and field team. My chiropractic training provided me with expertise in neuromusculoskeletal health, allowing me to rule out serious pathologies while treating the body as a whole. Drawing from my athletic background in soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and competing in track and field at the provincial and national levels, I have first-hand experience and a deep understanding of sports injuries and recovery. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I tailor my rehabilitation to meet the specific needs of each patient, whether you’re looking to recover from an injury, enhance athletic performance, or simply improve your mobility and function. I use evidence-based techniques like active release therapy, spinal manipulations, joint mobilizations, and exercise rehabilitation to deliver effective, personalized care. If you want a clinician who understands both the demands of an active lifestyle and the importance of long-term health, I’m here to help you reach your goals and perform at your best.
