Amber is a passionate, dedicated, and driven yoga teacher and energy healer. Her curiosity towards the physical and energetic body has been there since a young age. She began learning to work with various healing modalities in order to heal and manage her nervous system. Amber has developed a deep passion for facilitating and teaching others how to begin working with their own energetic bodies to begin healing themselves. A lifelong student, Amber is a Master Reiki Practitioner and teacher, Shamanic healing practitioner, Crystal Therapy Practitioner, RYT500 in Hatha Yoga, Hymilayan Kriya, Yin & Meridian Yoga, Yoga Nidra Down to earth with a huge open heart, Amber guides transformation and healing within her clients and students while creating a safe environment that fosters wellbeing through movement, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and various energy work modalities. Supporting individuals on and off the mat to help them become the best version of themselves, Amber is passionate about guiding you to deepen your connection with your own body as we are our own ultimate healers. After completing her education in business administration and accounting, Amber suffered the crushing reality that corporate life didn’t satisfy her soul. Her business mind and free spirit come into balance here at Healing Connections where she helps build a community of holistic practitioners and can teach the spiritual practices that set her soul soaring. Amber’s love for mountain life and mother nature, together with her passion for teaching yoga, meditation and her energy healing practices allow her to live a fulfilled life that allows her heart to sing.
