I have a passion for bodywork, education, and helping people out of painthat is boundless. I have been practicing professional massage therapy since 2014, and I'm still constantly learning new methods to help my clients get relief, rest, and help athletes perform at their best. I apprenticed and taught at Irene's Myomassology 8 years. I was an assistant teacher to weekly hands-on classes, an assistant teacher to the Thai-Yurvedic Yoga massage classes 1 & 2, and the Free Massage Class. My orthopedic training has been a huge part of my career and have furthered my education by taking classes with Ben Benjamin and James Waslaski, as well as studying Eric Dalton and Tomas Meyers. I am the mother of an amazing young lady who loves to play the piano! I love to practice yoga as often as I can, take nature walks, swim with my daughter, and watch medical shows with her so we both learn about the human body and how amazing it is.
