It includes a thorough intake discussing your concerns(s) and condition(s). The assessment and treatment includes evaluation of core & pelvic floor muscles, posture, breathing, toileting habits, and other relevant areas. This may or may not include internal assessment and treatment techniques, depending on your comfort level and specific needs.
