Dr. Amrit Matharu graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Honours and a Bachelor of Education. She subsequently graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2017, obtaining her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Amrit Matharu has been working as a registered chiropractor in private out-patient orthopaedic clinics for 5 years. Amrit has also taken postgraduate courses in concussion, headaches, TMJ dysfunctions as well as medical acupuncture. During her treatment sessions, she incorporates manual chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, active rehabilitation and modalities, when appropriate. She is focused on creating a work environment where people feel supported and are motivated to exceed their capabilities.
