Natural Pressure: Medium | Firm Style: Slow | Deep | Compression Approach to Treatment: Whether you’re here for massage or TCM Acupuncture, Aymen’s treatment begins with a thorough discussion of goals and is followed by either an orthopedic and palpation-based assessment or tongue and pulse diagnosis, which is standard in TCM. His treatments start with gentle compressions to assess overall structure, movement, and fluidity, and will gradually increase pressure to address areas of tension and pain, guiding the muscles toward relaxation. His approach to massage draws on his knowledge of acupuncture where he identifies and works to release energy stagnation along the meridians, helping to restore balance and ease. An acupuncture session with Aymen may include massage and/or cupping, combined with gentle, pain free needling techniques. Listening to each client’s needs and adjusting treatments accordingly is central to Aymen’s approach. His knowledge of multiple modalities allows him to create a unique and personalized treatment experience. Aymen’s techniques are synchronized with your breathing making his treatments naturally calm and not too chatty. Who should book with Aymen: Anyone suffering from musculoskeletal chronic or acute pain Anyone with migraines, headaches, TMJ, tinnitus Restricted range of motion, due to injury, joint inflammation, neuropathy (e.g: arthritis, sciatica) Anyone who wants to support their immune system, reduce stress level and anxiety Additional Training: Neurodynamic Acupuncture -OCTCM Toronto Advanced MyoFascial acupuncture techniques- Pacific Rim College Dynamic cupping - Lisa Dowling R.
