Laura graduated in 2013 from the 3000 hour program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy here in Vernon. The freedom to be active and keep our ability to do the things we love or need to do in our lives has always been a high priority for Laura. In her younger years she played competitive sports. Now she currently enjoys activities like weightlifting, golf, hiking, paddleboarding and snowboarding to name a few. Through all of her years spent in the working field, she continues to witness an enormous variety of ways that decreasing daily movement and mobility can negatively exasperate the symptoms in the people who are suffering from new or chronic pain. Laura brings a direct analytical approach that will help point you in the right direction toward decreasing pain or discomfort, and improving your health, physical ability, and overall your quality of life.
