Kimberley graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007 before completing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2010. Since then, she has returned to BC, working in the Fraser Valley to support individuals in understanding their bodies, regaining function, and returning to the activities they love. A dedicated lifelong learner, Kimberley has pursued extensive post-graduate education in assessment and treatment for pelvic floor conditions, manual therapy for the joints and soft tissue, dry needling (both for general orthopaedic conditions and for the pelvic floor), rehabilitative ultrasound imaging for the pelvic floor, and pelvic floor physiotherapy for the equestrian population. She is passionate about providing care that is grounded in evidence, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique experience. Kimberley believes that people are the experts in their own bodies and that effective treatment is built on empowerment, consent, and trauma-informed care. She is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive space where individuals feel heard and supported in their recovery. Her approach integrates a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing that physical health is deeply interconnected with emotional and social well-being. In addition to clinical work, Kimberley enjoys supporting the clinical team as the Clinical Practice Lead, helping to cultivate an empathetic, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to care. Outside the clinic, you can often find Kimberley building sandcastles at the beach with her two little ones, exploring nature with family, or trying to make time for the self-care she encourages for others—whether that’s reading a book, practicing yoga, or simply taking a deep breath.
