Krystal is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience and is a trained barefoot ashiatsu, deep tissue massage, hypnotherapy, energy work and breathwork. Known for her intuitive touch and holistic approach, she combines therapeutic techniques to create a deeply healing and restorative experience for body, mind and spirit. Outside of her massage work, Krystal is a dedicated student of the healing arts. She continues to expand her knowledge through the study of spiritual, mystical, and esoteric texts, and honors her Indigenous roots by taking steps on the Red Road. Krystal expresses her creativity as a member of a flamenco dance company and enjoys reading tarot, both of which honor the mystical traditions of her Spanish roots. She also loves staying active and connected through movement, meditation, and strength training.
