Tristan has been educating herself for more than 10 years on the intricate relationship between human anatomy and physiology. She received her Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Ottawa with a specialization in Human Kinetics in 2016 and went on to earn her Master in Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2022. She continues to educate herself everyday in practice with the goal to understand health from a patient-centred, unique, and holistic standpoint.
