Robert Prokop, LAc is a licensed acupuncturist and the founder of Wind Gate Wellness. He has over ten years of education in the field of integrative health, and six years of clinical experience running his solo practice. Robert studied Buddhist psychology, nutrition, and western herbal medicine at Naropa University before earning a masters in acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH,) where he focused on acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Asian bodywork. Robert has extensive training and clinical experience in Chinese herbal medicine, Eastern bodywork, sports medicine acupuncture, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. He also has specialty training in integrative gastroenterology, gynecology, endocrinology, external medicine, and oncology.
