Emily is a Registered Physiotherapist who takes an active, evidence-based approach to rehab and performance. A graduate of Queen’s University (MScPT) with a background in Human Kinetics, she believes strongly that exercise is medicine and focuses on education, targeted exercise, and hands-on care when needed. Emily has experience in both private practice and hospital settings and enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all ages looking to return to the activities they love. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries and has experience supporting local high school sports teams both on and off the field.
