Shauna graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2003 and has been passionately practicing physiotherapy ever since. Shauna has completed extensive training in dry needling (IMS) and Acupuncture, additional tools she can use to provide pain relief, movement restoration and muscle reactivation. Shauna takes a client centered approach and places enormous value upon the relationships she cultivates with her clients. She strives to support each individual client in reaching their health and recovery goals. Shauna uses a combination of needling and manual therapy techniques to help clients feel and move better. By mixing in both exercise prescription and movement education she is always able to create a unique recipe for every client to optimize their health and well-being… all while having fun!
