I use an intuitive approach to massage therapy. Drawing from a blend of therapeutic techniques including swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, cranio-sacral, and reflexology. I tailor each session to the unique needs of the client. Whether the goal is pain relief, symptom management, stress relief or overall wellness, we will work together to accomplish those goals.
