“With a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise. Sarah combines clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Her own experiences with injuries as a competitive gymnast and cheerleader sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation, ultimately leading her to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Brock University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Georgian College. Before becoming a massage therapist, Sarah worked as a physiotherapy assistant, providing movement-based rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions. Sarah approaches each session with a client-centred and evidence-based approach, customizing treatment plans to address individual needs, whether easing chronic tension, assisting in injury recovery, or promoting relaxation and stress relief. Passionate about empowering clients through education and preventative care, Sarah strives to create a supportive environment where every individual feels heard and actively involved in their wellness journey. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Sarah golfing, reading or hanging out with her family and friends.”
