Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is gentle manual therapy using light touch to improve the body's resiliency and reduce stimulation of the stress response system. Depending on the session goals, techniques focus on specific body regions (head, neck, low back) or in a full-body application. Treatments are typically 60 or 90 minutes long, with patients remaining clothed while lying on a massage table. Clients often drift to sleep while others find their nervous system down-regulation challenging. Some clients can feel a lot going on during these treatments, and others may not. Each session is unique to the patient each time. Credit Card on File is required to schedule; this protects our 24-hour cancelation policy. This is not a prepayment for your appointment.
