Holly is a Manual Osteopath and Registered Kinesiologist with a special passion for supporting and treating women before, during, and after pregnancy. Her post-secondary education journey began at Brock University where she completed an Honours Bachelor of Physical Education and Kinesiology. She then completed a Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia, which led her to pursue teaching as she lived and travelled to different places around the world. For the past 13 years she has been working as a Registered Kinesiologist in a variety of clinical and rehabilitative settings with individuals of all ages and abilities. After witnessing the powerful benefits of Manual Osteopathy after her first child was born, she knew she wanted to learn more about the modality, and in 2023 Holly obtained her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy. With a compassionate and holistic approach, she is excited to help expectant and new mothers navigate and manage the physical changes and challenges of motherhood, while also providing gentle, effective care for newborns and infants. As a former teacher, she strongly believes in providing valuable education to her clients that can help empower them to achieve their health goals, prepare for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. By addressing musculoskeletal imbalances and promoting optimal function, Holly aims to enhance comfort, mobility, and overall well-being for both mother and baby.
