Peggy M.OMSc (Masters in Osteopathic Manual Sciences) Born in Germany, Peggy moved to Banff in 2008 and quickly fell in love with the mountains and the strong sense of community. She believes that an active and balanced lifestyle is foundational to both mental and physical well-being. Peggy began her healthcare career as a Registered Massage Therapist after completing the 2200-hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary. Her early practice was rooted in a holistic philosophy, focusing on identifying and addressing the underlying cause of pain and tension rather than simply treating symptoms. Tailored Osteopathy Treatments: My approach is classical osteopathy: manual care that treats the body as an interconnected structure where proper alignment supports movement, circulation, adaptation and healing. Rather than following fixed protocols, each patient is assessed individually and treated according to their current structural patterns and restrictions. Treatments vary session to session to respond to the body’s dynamic changes, aiming to support its natural capacity to self-regulate and heal.
