Maeve is a matriarchist, this foundational belief and way of relating to the Earth and all its inhabitants fuels her passion for her calling and underlies her holistic therapeutic approach. Each person is a symphony of experiences, relationships, and stardust. She’s here to meet you exactly where you’re at, each time you come in. The sessions are about you and for you; sometimes that looks a little like sports therapy, sometimes it’s about a nervous system shift, sometimes there are big feelings with all the talking, sometimes it’s quiet (maybe with or without big feelings). From a paper perspective she completed her massage training in 2005 from Medicine Hat College, she is a Key Therapy Specialist of 11 years, a Level 2 Hypopressives Trainer, and she is a certified Yoga Teacher and Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
