Reflexology
Meridian Reflexology uses focused pressure on specific points of the feet and lower legs that are connected to the rest of the body through energy pathways. The goal is to support balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural healing response. This consists of receiving a foot massage along with certain pressure points, these points are custom for each client and their needs. The pressure points are from the knee down. We suggest you come wearing loose fitted pants, shorts, or anything that will allow us to get to access the knee down.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage done in 60 mins is an hour session to do either the upper body or lower body. A full Lymphatic drainage is 2 hours. However, I offer it in 60 minute segments. Please let me know what segment you would like to work on first, upper or lower.
