Gerene is a Registered Massage Therapist and obtained her Massage Therapy Honours diploma from Bryan College and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Committed to ongoing education, she actively seeks opportunities to enhance her expertise for the benefit of her clients. She is experienced in working with a range of clients and tailors her treatment to the specific needs of her clients, whether they are desk-based professionals, athletes, or those seeking to improve their overall physical and mental wellness. In her treatments, Gerene uses a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. Gerene is passionate about your wellbeing and works with you to create an individualized treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals and can fit into your day-to-day life. In her spare time, you can find Gerene training at the gym, spending time outdoors, trying new food, or listening to music while reading a good book.
• During your initial visit at Grey Method, an assessment and treatment plan for your condition will be addressed through manual therapy, exercise prescription followed by self-care techniques. • Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full price of the treatment.
