Robert is a graduate of Humber College's massage therapy program and a registered member with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As an RMT, Robert specializes in various massage techniques, including deep tissue and full-body relaxation massage. He assesses and treats muscles, joints, fascia, tendons, and ligaments using a range of methods such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, frictions, and joint mobilizations. In addition to his hands-on treatments, Robert provides home care recommendations, including remedial exercises, to support and sustain his clients' recovery. He brings a wealth of experience in treating diverse populations, including pre/postpartum, infants, athletes, neuro, palliative care, and those with chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and fibromyalgia. Robert is dedicated to offering safe, effective, and relaxing massage therapy to help you achieve your wellness goals.
