Laurel Donalson is in her second year of practicing Massage Therapy. She was born in Nebraska, but was raised in a small town called Titusville, FL. Laurel graduated in 2010 from Bethune-Cookman University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has worked as a Gymnastics Instructor, a Vet technician assistant, and as a Foster Coordinator at the SPCA of Brevard. While coaching, she noticed the high rates of injuries amongst the athletes, and wanted to better understand ways to help the students by bridging the gap between athleticism and wellness, and decided to go to massage school at the Space Coast Massage and Spa School in Melbourne, FL. Besides basic Swedish and Deep Tissue work, she has training in Sports Massage and Scar Tissue Release and Soft Tissue Manipulation. In the near future, Laurel would like to do more Sports-related massage and animal massage. In her free time, Laurel enjoys reading, being around animals, listening to music, dancing, and crafting.
