Andrea is a licensed acupuncturist and board-certified herbalist in the state of California. An Austin, Texas native, Andrea obtained her masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University in Los Angeles. Andrea was captivated by Eastern Medicine’s holistic approach to health, which teaches us that our bodies tell us exactly what we need and that we are entrusted with the power to achieve balance and health by listening to and understanding its signs. Andrea utilizes a combination of acupuncture, nutritional therapy and herbal medicine to help her patients create a synergistic internal environment for healing and growth. Passionate about women’s health and nutrition, Andrea focuses on treating all stages of the fertility journey with an integrative, holistic approach. Andrea is a currently studying to be a Certified Nutritional Consultant, teaching her patients about nutritional foundations during their prenatal, pregnant and postpartum stages of life, along with helping them create a mindful, nourishing transition to solid foods for their baby. Andrea also devotes her practice to cosmetic acupuncture, using natural anti-aging methods & microneedling treatments to naturally stimulate collagen production and smooth wrinkles to promote a more youthful appearance of her patients. Working with Andrea empowers patients with the recognition that there are many avenues to a successful, balanced, and bountiful life.
